• My journey at MCM

• Being a montessori teacher is more than just a job one gets to do. It means to be committed to become the guiding force in unlocking the full potential of young minds and their love for exploration. It is an everyday experience of helping nurture and foster learning in young people to become their best independent selves. Helping children to learn how to be calm but inquisitive, kind but having their own boundaries is one of my main goals.

  My favourite part of this wonderful experience is witnessing the spark of curiosity and genuine sense of accomplishment in the faces of our students. By creating a safe space for our children, my goal as a teacher is to provide a holistic development of not only their academic skills, but also their personal growth.

  What fascinates me the most is the journey of our students from their first experience in learning towards their ability to grow into young independent individuals following their dreams and hopes. By nurturing each child's individual interests and unique needs, I wish to help create the next generation of adults who do not only know how to read or subtract but also know how to cooperate and solve problems peacefully and respectfully.

  In our environment nothing is impossible. It is our role as montessori teachers to guide the children, to provide freedom within limits and to extend their natural curiosity beyond their own boundaries. We develop virtues such as creativity, compassion and patience and the innate need of us humans to question everything around us.
